Partnership Qualification Standards
To maintain compliance with evolving state-level worker classification frameworks, all network partners must operate as independent corporate entities or established commercial practices. We do not engage W-2 employees or unregistered independent contractors within our collaborative ecosystem.
All partners must verify the following operational criteria prior to onboarding
Business Identification
You must operate as an independent business entity (LLC, Corporation, or Sole Proprietorship) and utilize a Federal EIN for all business-to-business transactions. Note: Personal Social Security Numbers are not accepted for network distributions.
Independent Infrastructure
You must deploy your own professional tools, sourcing platforms, and operational assets entirely free from our corporate direction or administrative control.
Compliance & Verification
You must execute a formal business-to-business (B2B) Master Services Agreement and submit a valid Form W-9 before receiving project allocations.
